Meet Your Coach!

Hi, I'm Lauren
I'm the owner of Lauren Mead Coach!
In 2017, I had finally reached a point in my fitness journey where I knew I wanted to help others avoid the mistakes I made and create sustainable habits with nutrition and training so I decided to go and study.

I have now completed my Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certificate.

I am incredibly passionate about my business and helping others. It makes me so happy to see our clients slowly change their mindset, love their training, and feel like they can still eat all the foods they love.

My Mission
My mission is to help as many people as I can to become confident and strong in their own bodies and have a non-restrictive, wholesome relationship with food.

I believe everyone deserves to get help with their fitness and nutrition goals so that is why I have created a range of services with payment plans so I can help you as best as I can!
My Journey...
I was always quite self-conscious as a child because I had always been overweight. When I was 14 years old I started thinking about how unhappy I was in my body and decided I wanted to do something about that.

The first few months of my journey were all over the place, I didn't really know what I was doing and hadn't realised how important my nutrition was at that point. When I didn't see the results I wanted I started overtraining, undereating, and had an unhealthy relationship with food, to the point where I would make myself do extra cardio if I had one piece of chocolate. I then went on and off diets for a few years, tried meal replacement shakes, and skinny teas, gained weight, lost weight like a yo-yo effect.

In 2016 I started strength training in the gym with my mum. We would wake up at 4.30am before school and go train, mum taught me everything I needed to know in the gym (thanks mum!), but I was still quite confused with my nutrition.

In 2018 I saw my first nutritionist which taught me about calories, macronutrients, and how to follow a structured plan, but this also lead to binge eating cycles. The nutritionist didn't make it a priority to include the foods I loved in my plan, which caused restrictions with the foods I couldn't live without, so I would binge on them instead.

6 years later I have finally reached a point where I train to feel strong and for personal development. I eat all the foods I love! I eat chocolate every day and still achieve my goals, it's the best! I have now created sustainable habits that I will use for life and pass down to my family and I want this for you too!
